All Coody tents and accessories include a 2-year warranty under European consumer regulations, plus a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering production and material defects under normal use. Our team will work with you to find a practical solution, which may include replacement parts, repair support or product replacement. Follow the included setup, maintenance and safety instructions for the best product lifespan.

Warranty coverage generally applies to manufacturing and material defects under normal use. Examples include issues with seams, air columns, valves, zippers or supplied parts caused by a production defect rather than incorrect use, storm damage, wear and tear or lack of maintenance. Each case is assessed individually.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect setup, improper storage, poor maintenance, accidents, heavy storm exposure, sharp objects, excessive force, modifications, normal wear and tear or unsafe stove use. Always dry the tent fully before long-term storage and secure it correctly during use.

An inflatable tent uses reinforced air beams instead of traditional tent poles. These air beams create a strong and flexible structure that can be inflated quickly, making setup easier for families and campers who want a spacious tent without complicated pole construction.

Most Coody tents can be inflated in approximately 5 to 10 minutes with an electric pump. With the included hand pump, setup takes longer depending on the tent size and experience level. After inflation, the tent should still be secured properly with pegs and guy lines.
