Right of Withdrawal (for EU customers)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after delivery, without providing any reason.

Important when returning items

1. Always clearly state the order number on or inside the return package.
2. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the item is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
3. Items returned after the 14-day return period cannot be processed.
4. Returned items must be unused and in original condition, including all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original packaging.
5. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to examine the product, we may deduct any loss in value from your refund.

Please handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Once we have received the product in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible.

When can you return a product?

We like to make sure that your return is handled quickly. Therefore we ask you to handle the products with care. Of course you can inspect our products as you would in a store. Using the product is not allowed.

When you receive the product, carefully cut the tape from the packaging. Unpack your ordered product, remove it from the package and examine the product. Such as:

• Taking a chair out of its packaging and feeling how it sits.
• Unpacking a tarp, holding it up in the air at the front to make sure it's the right size.
• Taking a tent out of the box and setting it up on a clean surface.
  

When may you not return a product?

You may not use the product. Such as:

• Taking a chair with you on vacation.
• Setting up a tarp and using it to check if it is the right size.
• Setting up a tent on wet grass and walking in it with shoes.
• Pre-order giftcards are non-refundable. By placing a pre-order, you secure a spot in a limited delivery batch.

Impairment

If you do use the product, we have the right to deduct a charge. If there are obvious signs of use on the product, we can no longer sell it as new. We will then retain part of the new purchase price. The rest of the purchase price will be refunded to you.
